October 2003 - ITpreneurs conducts its 1st Blended ITIL® Foundation Training Session in Dubai. ITpreneurs has initiated its first 2.5 day (6th Oct - 8th Oct, 2 003) blended ITIL® Foundation blended training program in Dubai. As part of ITpreneurs' constant strive to set newer industry standards for innovative training solutions for ITIL competence, the blended training course served as a complementary thrust in that direction. The course offered the best of learning coupled with innovative training methodologies, combining the inherent advantages of traditional training with online convenience.
ITpreneurs classroom training was complemented with online Lab Exercises. The students used ITpreneurs ITIL Alive module consisting of over 65 Real-Life ITIL scenarios that provide the business context of ITIL. These online scenarios are hands-on examples of ITIL implementation simulated in a virtual company called ISA International. In virtual Role Plays the students interact with the characters within ISA International. ITpreneurs has been commended by itSMF for this learning approach.
All learners passed their EXIN Foundation Exam* supported by the ITpreneurs Exam Preparation Guide that helped learners prepare for the certification exams. It's a critical tool that enables learners to thoroughly test their ITIL knowledge. The module consists of three parts:
Quick Reference - Highlights the main and critical ITIL concepts, procedures and descriptions and provides the most essential information required for the exam.
Practice Questions - A set of intensively researched and collated questions that put a learner's ITIL learning to absolute test.
Simulated Exam - Simulates the real-time EXIN exam conditions to orient learners about the look and feel of the exam environment. This hour long module comprises of 40 questions and is simulated only once to ensure serious learner participation.
