Rotterdam, January 16, 2008 - The Arab Academy for Microsoft Technologies, a fully owned STS company, partnered with ITpreneurs to conduct the first ITIL Foundation version 3 training program in Jordan. This course is the latest in the IT Infrastructure Layer (ITIL) training courses and consists of a collection of best practices for the management and delivery of IT services and IT infrastructure.
