  Course Introduction -
 
The importance of IT in any corporate initiative is increasing, and IT is becoming a significant cornerstone of business operations. In the light of a growing number of national and international regulatory compliance requirements, control over IT is becoming. Without a well-defined and properly managed IT governance program, it is virtually impossible for the management to demonstrate and attest to the quality of IT controls that are in place. This workshop provides IT management with the right level of knowledge and information to start conceptualizing a unified compliance strategy to counter compliance requirements and allow IT to contribute to business objectives.
   
  Course Description -
 

This workshop is designed for senior IT managers and members of IT leadership teams entrusted with the task of managing and dealing with the compliance requirements that face their organizations. The workshop takes the approach of addressing regulatory compliance issues as an ongoing challenge that organizations face. After identifying the impact of compliance requirements on IT organizations, the course will introduce a unified compliance approach to manage requirements using a holistic approach. This approach introduces a combination of ISO/IEC 20000, COBIT , and ISO/IEC 27000 to manage 80% of the requirements that organizations face.

Senior and executive management, IT leadership, IT audit management, and all professionals who are directly or indirectly involved in and responsible for planning, implementing, and managing IT controls and reporting systems within their organizations.
   
  Prerequisites -
  A minimum of 3-5 years experience in the management of IT.
