  HDI Customer Support Specialist (CSS) Certification is for front-line customer service and support staff dedicated to providing outstanding levels of service and support.

This course is recommended for front-line staff in the contact center environment. You will be introduced to the skills and techniques necessary to provide the highest level of customer service and support. In addition, the call center environment's processes, procedures, and basic tools and technologies will be covered. The instructor will be available through scheduled conference calls and supports you using e-mail.
