  Course Introduction -
 
This training leads to ITIL Practitioner Certification in the specific process(es) the learner has chosen. The course goes into details of the process implementation, practical aspects of how to improve the process implementation, how to do an assessment of process maturity and embark upon an improvement plan for the specific process.
   
  Pre-requisites -
 
  • The Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
  • At least two years professional experience in the relevant process environment.
   
  Audience -
  ITIL Process Practitioners and ITIL Process Owners.
   
  Learning Objectives -
  At the end of this course, you will be able to:
  • Record, Guard and Improve the selected ITIL Process(es).
  • Define the requirements and activities for an effective process.
  • Define the contents for effective management reporting.
  • Understand the relationships between the process and other ITIL processes.
  • Have an understanding of the tools related to the process.
