Role Purpose - Produce high quality flash-based interactions and programs within the standards of the product.

Reports To - Senior Flash Developer/Project manager

Responsible For

• Understand the client/project requirements and visualize it to produce high quality Flash-based designs within the standards of the brand and its extended properties.
• Development/programming for CBT/WBT courseware
• Development of Flash e-learning Interactivities
• Development and Support for existing content deployment products
• Create and integrate media elements for a course (sound & video editing etc)
• Troubleshoot code level problems and provide support to helpdesk and internal teams for Flash programming

Desired Background (Qualification and Experience)

Desirable

• Should have 2-3 years of experience in this field
• Knowledge of editing/integrating media elements: Audio and Video
• Knowledge of Multilingual content development
• Should have worked on WBT/CBT projects/products
• Knowledge of SCORM/AICC compliance, deployment to any LMS will be a plus

Skills Required

• Macromedia Flash 5/MX/MX2004, ActionScript 1.0 and 2.0 (Sound understanding of Flash actionscript and basic designing)
• Templates/component creation in Flash
• Good knowledge of cross platform interaction for Flash (XML parsing/database interaction using ASP or PHP/Flash Studio Pro)
• Knowledge of Databases: MySql/MSSQL
• Experience in Flash online game development will be added advantage
