ITpreneurs in collaboration with their local partner Orators’ Forum Institute delivered a program to bring awareness on ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) IT Service Management, to 35 members from the various business units within the IT Department of Dubai Municipality, on 8th February, at the Conference Hall at Dubai Municipality H.O. building.
The presenter, Mr. Bert de Vries, Training Director - ITpreneurs, also covered awareness of COBIT and BS15000, IT Quality standards.
Mr. Saleem Kazim, Head of Quality Assurance Office, IT Dept., of Dubai Municipality said, “Thanks to all who have come to this important awareness program. Also special thanks to the organizer "ORATORS' FORUM" and the trainer Mr. Bert De Vries who performed an excellent awareness program on ITIL, COBIT and BS15000.”
