Sukhbir Jasuja, Founding Partner, CEO
Sukhbir Jasuja is a founding partner and the CEO of ITpreneurs. Responsible for ITpreneurs' business strategy, Sukhbir has been instrumental in creating a unique business model focused on developing content that has raised the bar in the industry in terms of quality and innovation.

Before starting ITpreneurs, Sukhbir worked for Procter & Gamble (P&G) in various IT Management positions. He was Competence Manager for the IT organization with global responsibility. As global Project Manager, Sukhbir was directly involved in the implementation of best practices frameworks, such as IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), and in the implementation of the follow-the-sun operational support model. P&G's ITIL/IT Service Management (ITSM) implementation is regarded as a pioneering implesmentation, and it is one of the most referred to case studies today.

Sukhbir received his Master of Business Informatics (MBI) degree from Rotterdam School of Management/Erasmus University in the Netherlands in 1998. He also holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Delhi University .
 

Dimitri Van Den Broek, Founding Partner, Director
Dimitri van den Broek is a founding partner and director of ITpreneurs. In addition, he is the Head of ITpreneurs' Cultural and Social Integration (CSI) unit, ITpreneurs' Global Account Manager for IBM, and the Regional Business Manager for the Middle East region.

Dimitri has 15 years experience as Corporate Consultant, Sales Director, and General Manager in the IT industry. With extensive experience in complex sales and consulting environments, he was among the top European sales representatives for SAP. Dimitri started his career in SAP as a Logistics Consultant for SAP Netherlands.

In 2000, he joined PDM as General Manager. PDM is an IT implementation and business consulting company with 200 employees and offices in Germany, Belgium, and Holland. Dimitri holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the Delft Technical University, Netherlands.

   

Katsushi Yaginuma, Head, ITpreneurs - Japan
Katsushi Yaginuma is the head of ITpreneurs, Japan, and the Managing Director (Asia Pacific) for ITpreneurs BV. In this role, he is responsible for developing and managing business in Asia Pacific. Recently, he has been nominated to ITIL V3 international examination panel of esteemed experts representing the growing ITIL audience in Asia.

Katsushi has over 10 years of experience in creating operational excellence in IT. Katsushi has started his professional career in Accenture at Tokyo Japan, doing IT and Operational Consulting towards large clients. He also has expertise in managing offshore projects, managing the logistics team, creating supply chain models, analyzing business processes and their integration, developing market entry and business development strategies, and implementing IT governance.

After working at Accenture, Katsushi took the MBA degree at Rotterdam School of Management (Erasmus University) and then joined ITpreneurs Rotterdam Holland in 2004. Since then, as head of ITpreneurs Japan, Katsushi has developed ITIL/COBIT education and its related business in Japan by providing trainings, publishing and other related activities such as itSMF Japan and ISACA Japan.

Katsushi is also one of the first Service Management Master’s certified instructors in Japan. Katsushi is a contributor to a number of publications in IT Service Management and IT Governance domain including A Managers' Guide to Service Management (BSI Japan), IT Control Objectives for Sarbanes-Oxley (ITGovernance Institute) and COBIT® Version 4 (ISACA).

   
Nigel Mercer, VP Operations
After qualifying and starting his career in the field of Electronic Engineering, Nigel moved into education and consulting in 1990 as a Technical Trainer, being involved in project managing implementations of some of the early PC driven networks.

Nigel has been part of the ITSM Best Practices industry for the past 10 years, managing various projects related to operational excellence, specifically in the Education & IT Governance domain. With over 18 years of experience in IT, many of these in Business Development, Education, and Consulting, Nigel now runs the Global Operations & Delivery teams at ITpreneurs.
