Over the first 5 years, the ITIL Foundation e-learning training has generated a 98% pass rate among IBM employees.

ITpreneurs helped IBM schedule the ITIL Foundation course in a customized, 4-week learning track, with clear milestones to gain total discipline, which makes a big difference to being certified successfully.
