ITプレナーズでは、原則エンドユーザである受講者個人に対して直接研修コースを提供していません。パートナモデルの1つであるリセリング・パートナを経由して研修を実施しています。ITプレナーズは「コンテンツ・プロバイダ」として教材、講師、認定資格試験を提供し、それをリセリング・パートナが社内研修に活用したり、社外の組織を対象とした研修を開催しています。
ITIL® は、2008年度にV2からV3へとアップデートされています。 内容が大きく更新され、資格体系も変更されました。「じゃあせっかくV2の資格を取得したのにまた1から取りなおさなければならないの？」と思われる方もいるかと思いますが、必ずしもそうではありません。V2資格の利点を活かすためにもV2の視点から再度ITIL®資格体系を整理していきます。
