  • If taken, the exam is a closed book, multiple choice set of 40 questions
  • The pass score is 65% or 26 out of 40.
  • The exam lasts 1 hour.

  • Upon successful passing of the ITIL® v2 Foundation exam, the student will be recognized with 1.5 credits in the ITIL qualification scheme
