Course Description -

This intensive, 10-day classroom course is designed for ITpreneurs partner Accredited Trainers who wish to deliver ITIL v3 Intermediate courses. An ITpreneurs Master Instructor delivers this course and prepares the instructor candidates for delivering the ITIL® v3 Intermediate Capability courses. Participants will learn about the principles and core content of the Service Lifecycle approach to IT Service Management according to ITIL v3, along with the changes from previous versions of ITIL. Although this course prepares the participants to pass the Manager Bridge exam as well as all the Intermediate exams, enabling them to achieve the ITIL Expert certification level, the focus is as much on a review of ITpreneurs’ training material. This includes the ITIL v3 Service Lifecycle and processes associated with all Capability modules, such as Release Control & Validation (RCV), Operational Support & Analysis (OSA), Service Offerings and Agreements (SOA), and Planning, Protection, and Optimization (PPO). Exams for these courses are scheduled during the training days.

This high-intensity training is conducted at a fast pace and involves long days in the classroom followed by further study requirements during the free time. ITpreneurs’ courseware is designed using an engaging, scenario-based approach to learning the core disciplines of the ITIL best practices.

Additional Value -

In addition to completing all ITIL v3 Intermediate Capability exams and the ITpreneurs’ Course Familiarization (ICF) Training required to deliver these courses as a trainer, the participants will also feel prepared to take all ITIL v3 Intermediate Lifecycle exams.
