Terms and Conditions - ITIL v3 Foundation course with iPod touch promotion

1. The promotion is only valid for orders received between November 2nd, 2009 and December 31st, 2009;
2. The Promotion entitles the participant to one complimentary iPod item upon the purchase of ITIL v3 Foundation with iPod touch, ITIL v3 Foundation+ with iPod touch, and ITIL v3 Foundation Premium with iPod touch;
3. Upon purchase the particpant will receive a link where the complementary item can;
4. It is the participants responsibility to provide a suitable delivery address as complimentary items will be delivered by courier and must be signed for. The items will be delivered on a week day between 9am and 5pm (no deliveries will be made at weekends). After the first attempted delivery the participant must contact the courier company to arrange re-delivery or collection from the local depot. If items are returned to sender then the participant will be responsible for covering the costs of recovering the item;
5. The complimentary item will be delivered within 10 business days upon completion and submitting of the online claim form.
