registration, and track progress and performance information. Learners log-in from the ITpreneurs website or from your Partner Learning Portal and sign in to a learning environment that has your familiar look and feel and includes the courses that they are assigned to.

  • Manage your licenses online, only order licenses when required, or bulk-order licenses to ensure that you benefit from volume discounts
  • View learner and learning group progress and performance information, create learner profiles and assign courses to learners or pre-register groups of learners for a specific course
  • Customize welcome emails that learners receive when they are registered for a course and use these to tell them everything they need to know about their learning program
  • Offer any of the courses from ITpreneurs catalog to your customers and thus be able to offer
    learners courses in their own language, or partial courses when required
  • Ability to add your own courses to the catalog and ability to add your own content to courses
Support
  • ITpreneurs support includes initial configuration of the environment. This includes adding your logo, setting up the administrator account and assigning courses to the corporate environment
  • Provision of website code that allows you to add a user login section on your own intranet or website (optional)
  • ITpreneurs provides 24/7/365 support with a limit of up to 4 hours a month (about 20 trouble
    tickets). After these four hours, additional support packages can be purchased
  • Optional technical support 24/7/365 by ITpreneurs global support center. This includes password resetting, technical support questions, and administrator support
