Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing a value proposition, brand positioning towards partners and a partner marketing strategy.

  • Understand and support and drive the ITpreneurs PartnerFocus channel program.

  • Gain a deep understanding of selected partners training and consulting services organizations and map ITpreneurs products and services to partners’ solutions.

  • Work with partners to assist them in understanding how to use ITpreneurs products and services to the greatest effect.

  • Produce regular communications to our partner channel, informing our partners about new products services and any other relevant information.

  • Own the partner Infocenter and insure up to date and relevant information for partners is accessible for partners there.

  • Develop new collateral such as presentations/webcasts for partners.

  • Together with sales, develop and execute a partner marketing plan for ITpreneurs top 3-4 customers.

  • Represent the voice of partners in the development of partner-facing websites/portals. Provide input into the product development process, especially keeping in mind the value to partners of any new developments and consistency with the brand strategy.

  • Orchestrate and manage partner events/conferences.

  • Be responsive to partners and internal stakeholders. Support partners’ requests for information and work together with partners to produce partner branded or co-branded collateral and execute local campaigns.

  • Fluent English – written and spoken – and the ability to write copy for partner communications such as newsletters. English as a first language is an advantage.

  • Ability to work within a multi cultural environment

  • Diplomatic and able to interact at a senior level with partners

  • Flexible on working hours and willingness to travel internationally

Education

University / Bachelors degree in business administration or related field and minimum 3-5 years work experience in customer facing positions. Knowledge of the ITSM (IT Service Management) market would be an advantage.
