Working together as partners –  ITpreneurs and XBRL International, Inc.

ITpreneurs works closely with XBRL International, Inc. (XII) to promote and support the adoption of the XBRL standard. ITpreneurs is the exclusive partner for the development of the XBRL Foundation eLearning program. We also participate in the global conferences organized each year by XII to further the XBRL collaborative effort.
XII and a consortium of about 650 companies and agencies worldwide work together to produce specifications and taxonomies to support the goal of providing a standard XML-based language for digitizing business information to communicate economic information. The XII website is at www.xbrl.org.

XBRL course development for effective learning. Designed by experts.

The Foundation Training Course was developed jointly by ITpreneurs and XII in a project that brought together world-class instructional design and XBRL expertise. ITpreneurs developed an innovative and engaging learning experience based on the subject matter expertise of XII, the world’s most respected XBRL authority. The result is this high-quality, web-based interactive training course that covers the essentials of XBRL and prepares students to successfully adopt and manage XBRL implementation projects.

The XBRL Foundational Certification facilitates XBRL projects by providing stakeholders with essential knowledge and understanding of XBRL architecture and its key components. The XBRL Foundation Certification, proprietary to XII, can be obtained by passing the web-based, multiple-choice exam consisting of 40 questions.
