The PRINCE2 Foundation course is aimed at people who work on projects every day and who benefit from a working-level understanding of structured project management, as presented in PRojects IN Controlled Environments (PRINCE2). The course enables a person to be an informed member of a Project Management team on a project using the PRINCE2 method within an environment supporting PRINCE2. This course is available as a 3 days classroom course, an 18 hours eLearning course or a blended solution. This course prepares you for passing the APMG PRINCE2 Foundation exam. |
| PRINCE2 Practitioner |
PRINCE2 Practitioner is an advanced level of PRINCE2 qualification and will teach you to apply PRINCE2 to successfully managing a project within an environment that supports PRINCE2. At the end of this course you will be able to address the needs and challenges of a specific project scenario using your in-depth knowledge of PRINCE2. You will have knowledge of the relationships between the PRINCE2 principles, themes and processes and products. This course prepares you for passing the APMG PRINCE2 Practitioner exam. |
