The Partner Course Calendar is a unique service, enabling ITpreneurs’ partners to offer the full range of ITIL v3® advanced and COBIT® courses, typically hard to run because of low learner enrolment. This full service solution provides a comprehensive calendar, offering quality, hosted courses across the globe, with a guarantee to run on several courses, while ITpreneurs manages the entire operations. We take all the risk, and guarantee that the course will take place.

ITpreneurs’ quality and satisfaction guarantee stands behind our hosted courses. These courses are warranted to be neutral in terms of course locations and instructors, and are exclusively available through Partners. Now, our Partners only have to position these courses and will always have a profitable model, with no risk of quality. They can focus on selling, without having to worry about organization or minimum number of learners.

We take all the risk, and guarantee the course will take place.

Historically, learners had 4 advanced ITIL course options, and they now have 10 ITIL v3 Intermediate courses from which to choose. We realize this resulted in additional risk to the business because of uncertainty or the spread in demand for courses. The guaranteed-to-run courses reduce this risk to zero, because we will ensure that the course will take place.

ITpreneurs offers an Exam Pass Guarantee* to candidates attending training under the Partner Course Calendar. When a candidate fails the exam, ITpreneurs pays for retakes and allows learners to re-sit the course. We are able to offer this assurance because we are confident about the quality of our educational materials and the capabilities of our instructors.
