Integrate ITpreneurs learning materials in the LMS of the customer with the purpose of facilitating internal learning within the customer organization or integrate content in the LMS of the partner to enable them to resell this content to their customers.

What does this mean:

- ITpreneurs will make available specified e-learning course content and provide services that are required to integrate this e-learning content in the LMS of the partner/customer.

- Organizations which have invested in a corporate Learning Management System (LMS) and would like to offer ITpreneurs learning material to large number of internal learners

Conditions:
|
- E-learning content in LMS integration is only applicable from 100 licenses onward (total project value or per annum agreement)
- ITpreneurs Support team requires remote access to the LMS system in order to manage the integration of the e-learning content
- Partner/Customer will make available the resources that are required to facilitate the integration process and coordinate the integration together with ITpreneurs customer support team
- Integration take place on Partner/Customer SCORM certified LMS system;
- Partner/Customer provides a monthly usage report to ITpreneurs that includes details for the number of users that were assigned the e-learning course(s)
- The Partner/Customer demonstrates evidence of internal processes and guidelines that ensures course access is granted to unique individuals only, and licenses are not shared among multiple users
- ITpreneurs can perform an independent audit to validate the actual usage consumption, and internal process related to assigning and using licenses
- Prior to the integration of the complete e-learning course(s), ITpreneurs makes available one (1) module to
- Partner/Customer with the objective to test the integration possibilities and technical requirements. After the evaluation, ITpreneurs will provide a final proposal defining the costs for managing the integration
- ITpreneurs can provide updates once a quarter to the e-learning course content. It is recommended that the Partner/Customer participates in these updates. ITpreneurs will provide a cost estimate for the integration with each update
- Ownership of the intellectual property of the e-learning content is retained by ITpreneurs even if this content is moved to the premises of the customer. After termination of the contract with ITpreneurs, Partner/Customer has 30 days to provide evidence of the termination of all accounts related to the courseware and will remove ITpreneurs IP from the LMS

Features of integration

- E-learning course(s) reside within LMS of the Partner/Customer on the server of the Partner/Customer
- Partner/Customer can assign e-learning course(s) to individual users
- ITpreneurs e-learning content provides communication to the LMS on the progress at a course module level (start / finish module, time required to complete module)
