Don’t Just Take Our Word For It
Since the Corona crisis, we have switched all courses to online. We like to make these courses instructive, interesting, and entertaining. And, of course, the participants want to successfully pass their ITIL certification exam. We achieve this with the course materials from ITpreneurs. The participants like the structure, the many exercises, and the additional material. And the course material supports our trainers in meeting the requirements of online training. We also appreciate how ITpreneurs supports our trainers. Thanks!

I had a very inspiring learning experience thanks to the insights on the foundations of the topic and the ideas that were brought up for implementation. I also enjoyed a great Train-The-Trainer session with the authors.

Frequently Asked Questions
General Information and Terminology
A Virtual Classroom is an online environment that mimics an actual classroom by enabling students and instructors to interact as if they were face to face in a classroom. A Virtual Classroom is characterized by its usage of tools. Its features can at times include examinations and quizzes as well as emails, instant messages, chat rooms, discussion boards, and file transfers.
eLearning is an individual learning option without live instruction or live interaction with other learners, which consists of self-study guides or online modules. Its distinguishing feature is that the learner can take their own time and pace while making use of the exercises and case-studies encompassed.
Blended Learning refers to a learning program where more than one delivery mode is being used. This often takes shape in a combination of traditional or Virtual Classroom learning and eLearning. The intent of these programs is to optimize the learning and cost of program delivery.
There are three main differences:
- The role of technology is much bigger in Virtual Classrooms;
- Different strategies are needed to engage and build a rapport with learners the instructor cannot see;
- Instructors need to be skillful at multitasking to simultaneously present, be concerned about the engagement of the learners, and use the digital platform of choice.
