Our appreciation goes out to all the experts who are contributing to our ITIL® 4 courseware. They're awesome. Seriously.
Creating amazing courseware isn't an easy task. That's why we've created a unique programme for which we invited training experts across the world to join us in writing, editing and reviewing our courseware. We then divided the experts into three groups: Lead Authors, Contributors, and a Review Board.
The Lead Authors
Are instrumental in helping our Master Trainer, Marcel Foederer, as a member of the AXELOS Lead Architect Team, in designing the four courseware versions ITpreneurs is currently developing. Their expertise is in creating new training programs, writing content, coming up with ideas for exercises, interactive scenarios and more.
The Contributors
See the new designs first and actively contribute to and provide feedback on the work done by the Lead Authors. Their role is to keep the ITIL Lead Authors sharp, on their toes, and to ensure that great content gets created that will resonate in the market.
The Review Board
Are the protectors of your own organization’s brand, culture, interests and market conditions. They ensure that what the Lead Authors and Contributors design, will work for your companies, and your clients. Thus this role is for those partners with a deep understanding of the market and a keen eye to review and provide feedback on the materials.
