Course Description

This simulation game is based upon the ‘The Phoenix Project’ which represents an IT-enabled business transformation, with Retail Operations as the business owner of this project.

During this four rounds simulation the team will experience the DevOps approach by using the continuous learning and experimenting process. Each round the team will plan the sprint, execute the release and during retrospective, we will reflect on results, think about improvements and decide what to do differently in the next round.

13:00 – 14:30 Round 3 – Third sprint, WIP, ANDON, planned/unplanned work collaboration
14:30 – 16:00 Round 4 – Fourth sprint, finalizing the Phoenix Project
16:00 – 17:00 Lessons learned, action plan and transfer opportunities
