  • Delivery techniques: Conversational tone, natural, extemporaneous, fluent, improvisation, conviction, exhortation, encouragement, tactfulness, and respect.
  • Managing audiences: Personal appearance, poise, use of microphone, interest-arousing, practical value and take aways, familiar situations, understand your audience, expectations, effective conclusions, and effective questions.
